Ahri can be flexed on the rolldown if playing Fiddle and Alune.
Maokai can be played if we don't need inferno and can scale to 9 for Mao2.

Required Items
Soraka is an executioner so she does not need any Precision (like Jeweled Gauntlet or Jeweled Lotus), but benefits from having other crit items like Striker's Flail and Nashor's Tooth.
Malphite is your big main tank and you'll be sacrificing your strongest tank for him anyway so he's going to be solo frontline so give him a Stoneplate and other Durability/HP scaling items since he gets a ton of HP from his Blackthorn sacrifice.
You do not need to build anti-heal in this comp because Inferno is very easy to activate, but Void Staff is a must on your duo carry since you're a full AP comp.

Solo frontline Malphite and sacrifice your best tank unit for your Malphite.
